About Us

The Family Community Development Program, was established October 2025,  a Liberian community-led registered organization based in Monrovia, Montserrado County.

We are parents, teachers, health workers, and volunteers who live in the communities we serve. We are neighbors helping neighbors.

Our Story

We started this program because we saw too many families struggling alone. Parents forced to choose between medicine and school fees. Children dropping out, Women with skills but no capital

We believe the answer starts at home. When families are healthy, educated, and economically stable, the entire communities grow.

To empower Liberian families with access to health, education, and economic opportunity so they can live a healthy, dignified and self-reliant lives

OUR APPROACH

  1. We use a Whole-Family, Whole-Community Approach.
  2. Listen First: Home visits and community meetings to understand real needs.
  3. Integrated Support: Health Awareness, Education, Income Generation and Counseling — because these problems are connected.
  4. Build Local Capacity: Provide Training for community health workers, parent leaders, and youth mentors to sustain the work.
  5. Partner Widely: Work with schools, clinics, churches, and government to reach more people.
  6. Stay Accountable: Track results, share reports, and show donors exactly where funds go.
